It Was fantastic, I worked for a year and a half with a top notch Engineers, Managers and Agents, Paid well, got great experience, and I wish I never left, had no problem with the tracking software as long as your are committed there will no issues at all,

The Main Issues are as Follows:

1- CCAT, a way they test you so that they probably identify your intelligence or whatever, you could be a top performer and you get fired because of your CCAT scores, which is similar to other companies who are facing the same issue when they started to use CCAT as a way to filter employees instead of an IQ test

2- If you get sick you are terminated, they don’t have mercy with that, I got severe headaches as I had sleeping issues, and my manager’s words were like “we can’t offer a vacation, it’s either you try to get over it and continue the bootcamp or you resign and try to rejoin”, so I choose to resign with my own hands because of my health, which was a Job that I kept trying to get for 2 years and a half, and was extremely happy to get accepted and Loved working there because the money and Experience I get, but I believe that was my destiny.

3- There is no promotions or any way to show any recognition for a good work you are doing over there, you could be a top performer for couple of months and certain clients ask for your you to handle their issue and still you are in the same place, and to get a higher position you have to go through the tests as if you are an outsider

4- There was a bit of dis-organization at certain levels and certain teams that affects the other ones, and from your position you have to deal with it, as every company in the world have, but it certainly could be a pain for those who claim they are the top 1% of the world

5- There are tons of Products that Crossover support, the latest thing that they were applying when I was working there was that Support agents should support more products and multiple products at the same Time, so it will include programming languages, System administration and Networking experience, which I found a bit out of scope for people who go specific about certain technologies, for me requesting to know programming languages while I seek system administration or network administration was bit for software development guy, and same goes for those who seek just software dev. or CU service agent, and at the a same time most companies pay the same rate or higher for supporting only one product so it’s extremely unfair to the agent to support multiple products for things out of their scope.

Which takes us to the Pros, “ Of Course it’s not all bad “

1- As Support Agent, you could learn tons of technologies and products at the same time, and you could be a support wiz for learning all of these products, and that was the idea that I was easing my self with regarding the multiple products, but it seemed that my mind refused it and snapped.

2- You will be global, you’ve dealt with CU’s around the globe, you worked with top 1% of the world and you are one of them, and every one knows how hard it is to work for crossover … they are so picky

3- As long as you are doing your job there is nothing to worry about, you deliver appropriately, every thing is monitored, managers are terrific once you get to know them, even the one who told me that there are no vacations, because simply these people do their work according to the companies rules

4- The pay is exceedingly good, especially for those who or from the third world countries, if i have stayed another year over there I would have been a millionaire in my country, but you’ll definitely need to take care of your health, “you should see how my work station look like now at home” with a messed up head but I’m grateful

5- Work is extremely dynamic, — Talking about my position — , there is always a call, there is always a case, the 8 hours might go as if it’s a second, and you get active and willing to do more

6- You don’t have to face traffic or get off your work station to ask your colleagues about anything, you have your job at your own home at your own desk, you manage you applications, OS, breaks, scenery, everything.

Facts:

1- Your are not committed, you are not doing your job, you don’t meet their criteria, you are fired.

2- The robots thing that people are keep saying about crossover is nonsense, it’s just like any other company, other companies do the same and even worse, slavery, treat you as robots or whatever, but at the end, they request you to deliver something, other wise you go and start your own business.

3- the tracking software is beneficial for you before it’s beneficial to the company, for me, i won’t go in debate with a manager in any company whether I worked or not, it’s proof that you did, if you got the gut to prove that they are spying on you please take the action an sew them

4- Their tests are hard and it’s not easy, they don’t claim that they are the top 1% talented for no reason

5- No mercy, no unplanned vacations, no working from a café ( depends on the job), no warnings, no promotions, no bonus, no doing nothing during working hours, no immediate sick vacations, no work arounds, no HR, no actual job stability, no place for non-adaptables

6- There might be fake promises, there might be a lot of inaccurate information, there might be people who don’t deserve to be there, there might be a lot of fake people working over there, there might be a lot of false news over there, but still it’s like any other company there are those who are good or bad.

7- I witnessed a lot of good and experienced people leaving this company and a lot who doesn’t deserve to be there at the same time, still like any other company, has the good and the bad
